Terms & Conditions for Renting

1. The rental for the house is £1395 per week for six
people, £1445 per week for seven people and £1495 per
week for eight people.
From 24 March to 14 April 2012, the weekly rate is
£1595 for six people, £1645 for seven people and £1695
for eight people.
From 15 April to 21 June 2012, the weekly rate is
£1495 per week for six people, £1545 for seven people
and £1595 for eight people.
From 21 June til 9 September 2012 the rate is £1695
per week for up to 6 people, £1745 for 7 people, £1795
for 8 people.
2. Guests must book for a minimum of three nights and
the price for three nights is £995.
3. To secure the dates that you require, please pay a
20% deposit, ie £299 for one week, £199 for a weekend. The
full amount must be paid two months before the start of
your stay. We accept cheques and credit cards. Please make
cheques payable to Electric Marketing Ltd, which is the
company that lets the building on behalf of the owner JP
Kelly. Electric Marketing will be shown on your credit card
statement.
4. If you cancel the booking we will try to re-let the
house to a third party. If we can do this, we will refund
all monies paid minus £25 admin fee. If we cannot re-let
the house our refund policy is:
Over 10 weeks notice - deposit refunded minus £25 admin
fee to cover bank charges 6-10 weeks notice - 50% of rate
refunded 0-6 weeks notice - no refund
5. The house is for a maximum of eight people. Do not
exceed this limit.
6. The house will be ready for you at 2pm on the day
of your arrival. If you expect to arrive before then, do
let us know. If possible we will arrange for it to be ready
earlier or we will arrange for a secure place for you to
leave your luggage until it is ready.
7. On the day of your departure, please leave by 10am.
Again, if you would like to leave later, let us know before
your stay begins and we will try to accommodate you. This
will only be possible if the house has not been let to another
party arriving later that day. Before you leave, please
do the washing up (or at least turn on the dishwasher),
replace all books and dvds back on the shelves and put
back any furniture that you have moved into its original
place.
8. Please do not smoke in the house.
9. Pets may be allowed in the house by prior arrangement.
There is an extra £50 charge for pets to cover the extra
cleaning.
10. We advise you to arrange your own insurance to cover
yourselves and your personal belongings while staying at
the property. We will not be liable for any accident, damage,
loss, injury, expense or inconvenience to yourselves or
your property which you may suffer or incur arising out
of or connected with the letting.
11. The price includes gas and electricity, bed linen
and towels. If you are staying for two weeks or more, the
services of a cleaner are included for two hours as well
as a change of bed linen and towels. Extra cleaning can
be arranged at a price of £10 per hour.
12. The house is completely self-contained and is spread
over four floors; lower ground, ground, first and second.
There is no lift (elevator) making it unsuitable for wheelchair
users or anyone who has difficulty with stairs.
13. Electric Marketing is acting on behalf of the owner
of the house, JP Kelly. If you have any problems during
your stay, please contact Electric Marketing on 020 7419
7995 (office hours).
14. We will send you a key to the house 2 weeks before
you arrive. We will only visit if you call us or if there
is an urgent maintenance problem that must be fixed.
15. We do not supply soap, toilet tissue or any other
type of consumables for the duration of your stay, although
there is enough at the house for your first day. Please
use whatever tea, coffee, cereal, food stuffs that you find
in the kitchen.
16. The price includes free, unlimited access to our
wi-fi internet connection, but the house does not have a
computer, so please bring your laptop.
