"This is a beautiful home, beautifully decorated and filled with books you want to read and films you want to watch. The immaculate kitchen is a joy to cook and entertain in, and at the end of the day you can relax in the stylish bathroom listening to music as you lie in the huge free-standing bath.

The 'secret garden' was a big hit with all of us (2 adults, 1 five-year old, 1 two- year old) and our kids very happily ended up having picnics and playing hide and seek with the neighbours' children. Our friends (who live up the road) definitely wanted to move in!

If you can tear yourself away, you have the whole of London on your doorstep. Good local places to eat out and a Tesco Metro only a few metres down the road mean you won't go hungry and and the excellent transport links make getting around a doddle.

When we had a problem with the DVD not working, the owner couldn't have been more charming or helpful and within 24 hours he'd brought round and set up a replacement. The cleaner was also very efficient and pleasant.”
