About Us We have two holiday homes in period properties to rent to visitors to London. The apartment in John St, Bloomsbury is above the offices of our company, Electric Marketing Ltd in a converted Georgian townhouse. The building is owned by Electric Marketing Ltd, a database marketing company www.electricmarketing.co.ukThe apartment is on the second and third floors and Electric Marketing’s offices are on the ground and first floor. You will share a street door and hallway with us, but the apartment is completely self contained. The house in Balfe Street, St Pancras belongs to Mr JP Kelly who works in the film industry and Electric Marketing is letting the house on his behalf while he is overseas. Electric Marketing is responsible for all aspects of letting, managing and maintaining the properties and you can contact us at any time with queries and problems during your stay. If there is a problem, please let us know. We will not visit unless you ask us to or there is urgent maintenance work that needs to be done. It is important to us that you enjoy your stay – don’t suffer in silence and wait until you get home to report a problem. |
