Architect-designed and added to the building in 2015, the third floor offers a cool, loft-style living space where you can cook, eat and relax at the end of a busy day touring the city. You will find a fully-equipped kitchen, dining table with 6 chairs, TV and comfortable seating.
The kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and lots of cupboard space. On the worktop you will find a kettle, toaster and cafetiere. Inside the cupboards are cups, plates, cutlery, glassware, tableware, kitchen utensils, saucepans, large serving plates and baking trays – everything you need to make a family supper and eat in.

The lounge seating is comfortable and gives everyone a good view of the TV. TV has several channels and there is a DVD player and xBox set up for your use. A window seat looks out on to the mews below, perfect for reading, checking your emails (you can pick up the wi-fi throughout the building) or just watching the London skyline. |

The first floor has a large bedroom with en suite shower-room. A king size bed (5 feet wide) and a single bed that converts from an armchair means that this room can sleep 3 people. It has a TV and hairdryer. En suite shower room with toilet, basin with mirror and shower cubicle, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. |

Upstairs to the second floor you will find one bedroom with a double bed which can be split into two single beds. With bedside tables with reading lamps and hanging space for clothes, it looks out to the mews below.
The family bathroom is on the second floor and this has a bath (small) and separate shower cubicle. Underfloor heating and heated towel rail ensure that you’ll be cosy and warm. We supply all bath and bed linen and if you stay for longer than 11 days, we’ll send a cleaner in to change the linen and do a quick clean up. |

On the ground floor you will find the utility room with washing machine, ironing board and tumble dryer. The garage is also on the ground floor and this is accessed from the street only. The garage is suitable for one modestly-sized car. Your car cannot be more than 430cm in length or wider than 220cm. There is no on-street parking in Central London. |

The house will provide you with guide books, an A-Z map book of London and a folder of information with our recommendations for local restaurants, directions to supermarkets, local transport and general advice on getting about and living in London.
Towels and bed linen are included in the price. The house will be clean and the beds made when you arrive. Final cleaning is included in the price. If you are staying for two weeks, our cleaner will clean the house and change the beds once a week. She can come more often by arrangement at £10 an hour.
This property is not suitable for wheelchair users or anyone who has problems with stairs. The house is spread over four floors and there is no lift/elevator.
A cot (baby’s crib) is available. Please mention that you need it when you book and bring your own bedding for the cot.
Feather-free bedding also available for allergy sufferers. Please mention when you book.
All heating, lighting, cleaning and taxes are included in the price. There are no hidden extras to pay.
If you are coming to London on business, Farringdon is convenient for the City of London (financial district), the West End of London, Holborn, Grays Inn, Lincolns Inn and Islington. For academics it is walking distance to the London School of Economics, University College London and the University of London library. The house is also a short walk from Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital and the National Hospital For Neurology and Neurosurgery.
