About Us

We let an apartment in the upper floors of a Georgian townhouse (built c1742) to visitors to London.

The apartment in John St, Bloomsbury is above the offices of our company, Electric Marketing Ltd in a converted Georgian townhouse. The building is owned by Electric Marketing Ltd, a database marketing company.

The apartment is on the second and third floors and Electric Marketing’s offices are on the ground and first floor. You will share a street door and hallway with us, but the apartment is completely self contained.

We also let a house in Clerkenwell, near Farringdon station. Hatton Place is a quiet mews running parallel to Hatton Garden, London’s centre for diamonds and jewellery. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and, unusually for central London, a garage for a modest-sized car.

Electric Marketing is responsible for all aspects of letting, managing and maintaining both properties and you can contact us at any time with queries and problems during your stay. If there is a problem, please let us know. We will not visit unless you ask us to or there is urgent maintenance work that needs to be done. It is important to us that you enjoy your stay – don’t suffer in silence and wait until you get home to report a problem.
